A charcoal based BBQ rub with a hint of butter and garlic. Shake liberally over steak and leave to marinate for 2-5 hours. Take the steak out of the fridge 1 hour prior to cooking to allow the meat to come to room temperature. Cook over a high heat to develop a beautiful outer crust.
